    Q: What are the delivery charges?
    A: Delivery charges range from PKR 200 to PKR 300, depending on your location and the size of your order. The exact amount will be displayed during checkout.

    Q: How long will delivery take?
    A: Deliveries within Pakistan typically take 2–5 working days. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

    Q: What happens after I place an order?
    A: After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once we process and ship your items, we’ll send you a tracking number to monitor delivery.

    Q: Where can I view my order receipt?
    A: Your receipt will be emailed to you after your purchase. You can also access it anytime by logging into your account and going to the "Orders" section.

    Q: Can I add a gift note or gift receipt to my order?
    A: Yes! You can include a gift note at checkout. If you want to hide prices, mention it in the "Order Notes" or contact us after placing your order.

    Q: How long do I have to return an order?
    A: You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it's unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

    Q: How do I receive a refund?
    A: If your return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

    Q: Can I get refunded through the same payment method?
    A: Yes, refunds are always issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.). For Cash on Delivery, we’ll arrange a bank transfer or voucher.

    Q: Can the delivery country be different than the country of purchase?
    A: Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our support team.

    Q: How can I return an item?
    A: Contact us with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process. You’ll need to send the item back via courier.
