Does OCEAN Store ship to limited service areas? (e.g., Gilgit, Balochistan)
Yes, OCEAN Store ships to Gilgit-Baltistan, Interior Balochistan/Sindh, and Azad Kashmir. However, these regions are classified as “non-serviceable” by our primary courier partner. To ensure your package is delivered, we use third-party courier services for orders going to these areas.
For these regions, the delivery cost is 600 PKR due to their classification as extended delivery zones. Please note that orders to these areas are processed only after receiving full payment in advance.
Due to logistical challenges, delivery times, costs, and feasibility may vary in these areas. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
How long does it take to get my products?
At OCEAN Store, we aim to deliver your order within 4-7 business days from the date of purchase. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination and courier availability.
What are the delivery charges?
250 PKR is charged for all orders below the free shipping threshold of 5000 PKR.
350 PKR is charged for all orders being shipped via TCS (Non-Serviceable area packages are dispatched via TCS).
Please note that shipping charges may vary based on your location and the courier service used.
Are there any delivery delays?
While we strive to meet our delivery targets, there may be some instances where delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
Public holidays
Stock depletion
Bad weather conditions
Increased logistical load on our courier services

Does OCEAN Store ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How many delivery attempts will be made if I'm unavailable?
Our delivery agents will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. Please ensure the address, city, and area are clearly mentioned when placing your order. After two failed delivery attempts, the item will be returned to us.
